1. Verbal 360 Interviews and Goal Setting

Coach will perform confidential, individual assessment interviews with key stakeholders.

Debrief and joint creation of The Development Plan based on the feedback from the 360 Assessment.

2. Manager Alignment Session

Coachee and coach present a Development Plan to manager(s) for final approval.

Coachee to initiate discussion.

3. Developmental Sprint® Coaching

Coach will use this proprietary and highly effective coaching process to gain rapid traction and form action plans towards success in achieving goals from The Development Plan.

4. Conclusion and Wrap-up

Manager alignment to review progress and sustain impact.
